DR. T

President & Chairman of the Board

Dr. T brings over 10 years experience in Non-Profit Organizational and Program Management. She is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, and hails as a proud graduate of D.C. Public Schools, and supporter of the Washington D.C. Metro area.

MINISTER LARRY THOMPSON

Vice President & Program Director

A well-respected member of the The Black Voice Project team, Minister Larry Thompson is one of our founding members and has played a vital role in shaping our vision and programs. They bring years of experience in making The Black Voice Project a household name.

ROBERT HAZEL

Community Outreach & Compliance Director

Mr. Hazel works within our Returning Citizens Program. He brings experience as a trainer, and also operates as our Sergeant-At-Arms, ensuring we are in compliance and operating within TVBP Protocol. He is a valued member of our team, and true leader who helps us with making our vision and mission impactful.

BRYAN RUSSELL

Business Development & Outreach Director

With us since our founding, Bryan is one of our veteran team members and has played a critical role in shaping our mission and projects. He brings years of experience and skills in helping The Black Voice Project grow and make a measurable impact.

MR. RAY

Program Director

Experienced, trustworthy and driven. These are just a few of the ways that coworkers describe this invaluable member of our team. Mr. Ray, is retired after providing 20 plus years of service in the Metropolitan Police Department, and a member of the Metro PD band. He leads our creative arts and music division, and is a certified life coach. He is truly inspirational and makes it a pleasure to come to work.

MS. TUTT

Youth Programs & Services Director

Ms. Tutt joined The Black Voice Project with the vision and drive to improve our youth organization and make our name synonymous with social change and youth advocacy. Ms. Tutt is the President of the Residennt Council in Highland, Southeast, Washington D.C., and leads youth sessions every Tuesday and Thursday.
